For now, Torisp is an online store serving customers across the United States, and does not operate a physical retail location.

What types of shoes do you sell?
We offer a range of casual footwear, including sneakers, loafers, lace-up shoes, and platform styles designed for everyday wear.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes sizing information to help you select the correct fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend reviewing the size guide or contacting us for assistance.
Are your shoes true to size?

Will I receive tracking information?

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

5. Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible items within the same 30-day period.
What condition must items be in?
Items must be:

- In original condition
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We provide a prepaid return label for approved returns.
Is there a restocking fee?
