Return and Refund Policy

At Torisp, we value your satisfaction and want every customer to enjoy a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. We accept returns and exchanges for customers.

Please review our policy below for details on order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

After 30 days, we may not be able to process your request.

We recommend that you check your item soon after delivery to see if it meets your expectations and if a return is necessary.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn.
  • In original condition.
  • Returned with all tags, packaging, and included accessories.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or included accessories.
  • Products showing signs of wear, or alteration.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.

3. Free Returns

We only accept returns by post.

We offer free returns for all approved return requests within the United States. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

The return shipping cost is fully covered by our store. Customers will not be charged any return shipping fees, and the return label cost will not be deducted from your refund.

We also do not charge restocking or handling fees.

4. How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

Step 1: Email us at support@torisp-1-108fade.ingress-daribow.ewp.live with:

  • Your order number and confirm the order.
  • The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  • A brief reason.

Step 2: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Step 3: If approved, you will receive a prepaid return label with instructions.

Step 4: Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off with the designated carrier.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item arrives at Torisp’s return center, it will be inspected and processed within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days after inspection.

Original shipping fees may also be refunded if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Gift purchases may be refunded as store credit.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2-6 business days for the refund to appear.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


7. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or compatible model within the same 30-day return window, provided the item meets the return condition requirements.

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Indicate that you prefer an exchange when contacting us

Once your return is received and approved, we will ship your replacement item.

  • Exchange processing time: typically 2-4 business days after your returned item arrives at Torisp’s return center.
  • We will email you with further instructions if there is a price difference between the requested replacement item and the original item.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us

Include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

After review, we will provide a prepaid return label and offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund.

Please do not discard the item until your case has been resolved.


9. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Read more: Modify/Cancel Order.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped. If your order has been shipped, you can still return it after delivery following this policy.
